Don't Let Me Go

So I knew about this song but never actually listened to it until yesterday and now I can't get it out of my head.  It really kind reminds me of like an 80's big hair ballad for some reason.  And it's just so obvious to me that Harry wrote it about Louis.

    No, but seriously. 

    When the song was leaked in June, Sam McCarthy confirmed that Harry wrote most of the words 7-8 months previously--so like, Oct/Nov 2012, when arrangements for Haylor were being made, not too long after Louis tweeted that Larry was bullshit.  I think that was a difficult time for them, hence the song.  Then it was recorded in December, right around the time they got the ship/compass tats.   

    Also, I now think that Harry's butterfly is a reference to this song.   Because look at Sam's album cover:

    Of course, @onederfulmother will probably claim that Don't Let Me Go is about Haylor.
