So I'm outing myself as a neurotic person but I've researched a lot about these things.  There are actually devices/apps where the kid can wear a bracelet type thing (they can't get it off) and you can program the app on your phone (or one of the things has its own receiver) and if they ever get more than a pre-determined distance away from you (you determine the distance) the phone rings and then essentially shows you a diagram of where they are... like imagine the radar they use with submarines.  Same shit.  It transmits from a very far distance away. 

It's a great idea for when they are a little older and you are in a crowded place like a mall.  You can allow them some freedom to roam, but you will always be able to find them.

This is a football UO in my house.

I am happy the Browns traded Trent Richardson to the Colts and basically gave up on this season. The Steelers are looking pretty rough, but this pretty much guarantees we won't be in last place in our division this year.

I'm late and have no UOs of my own, so I'll just comment on the ones I have an opinion on:

I went shopping with DH and picked out my own ring, which I absolutely love. Not only that, he never "officially" proposed. We had ongoing discussions about the direction of our relationship, what we saw for our future, and came to the mutual conclusion that we were in it for the long haul and woudl eventually marry. Then a couple years later, he got a big bonus at work and asked me if I wanted to go pick out a ring. Does this void my marriage? LMK

I like pumpkin, apple, caramel, and peppermint flavored stuff. I agree sometimes the pumpkin goes too far.

I have no preference between Coke or Pepsi. The only way I would drink either is if I was desperate for caffeine.

I've never been to Vegas, but it's not on my short list of places to visit. I'm dying to make a trip to NOLA.

Coffee is king, but I also like tea with honey and lemon. There's nothing better when you're sick.

I was totally over Vegas up until I went in July. I realized that it wasn't Vegas that I was over...it was my H because he was no fun in Vegas.

I don't understand when people don't have the baby's name picked out before birth. Our friends didn't name either of their kids until the moment they were leaving the hospital. I find that to be really odd. I think all babies just look like babies. A personality might lend itself to one name or another, but I didn't get a good feel on DS' personality until at least 8 months. To each their own and whatever, but once I knew DS was a boy, he was Eli and that was that.

DH is a driver for a company that supplies uniforms and facilities management products. He says Starbucks is by far the most disgusting establishment he's serviced. And he has a variety of restaurants, auto shops and gas stations on his route.

I'm decisive almost to a fault. I would hate to have the naming decision looming, I already know what our next kid will be named. And I don't get ice in my drinks because of the yuckiness, please don't ruin the actual soda for me too! Sorry, still can't figure out spaces between paragraphs on the iPad

I helped pick out my engagement ring.  I helped design my wedding ring.  Then a year later I lost it in the engine of my car.

I just recently found all my socks.  They were wrapped around breakables when we moved.  I just unpacked the box after living here for 4 years.  I have only wore socks to bowl in 4 years.

Starbucks can make the Spiced Apple Cider thing and the Peppermint Mocha all year, you just ask for it even if its not on the menu.  Also, both are ridiculously easy to make at home.

Iced coffee is a gateway to regular.  Coffee and Diet Mountain Dew were the two things I missed most while I was pregnant.

UO: I dislike Boy's clinginess to me.  He wants nothing to do with his daddy and it makes me sad. Mum can't give all the hugs all the time.

You and DW are in the same boat. For most of his life he's been really clingy to her. He will settle for me. But if we're playing in one room and he hears her on the phone in the other room, he'll get antsy and start whining to go find her.

Sundays are my favorite day of the week. I love the laziness of them. Friday nights I am exhausted; usually if we have anything--birthdays/plans/etc it always falls on Saturday, but Sundays it is a really lazy day around here.

I love late fall/winter. I can't wait for snow, jackets, hot chocolate and fires. 

Wawa coffee is WAY better then DD or Starbucks.

I am a control freak in certain aspects but I feel like the people pp was describing that claim to "hate surprises" just to control everything are just gift-grabby and whatever. (I mean with showers, not rings. You ladies are not gift-grabby for wanting rings :P)
I luckily never had to clean my ice or fountain machine at McD's.
Anti-Vegas until I turn 21 because dammit I couldn't do hardly anything there right now.
Mountain Dew is the shiz, I hate coffee.
Also I like the idea of @ReeseFox 's marriage "proposal" that's pretty awesome.
