Formula to Milk

New Mom here & my LO just turned 1 last week, how did u get your LO switch over to milk? Half n half or just the whole milk, or did u warm it up or give it cold. I need some of your help with this.

I am currently doing it slowly.  In a 6 oz. bottle I started w/2 oz. wcm the rest formula.  We did that for 2 wks.  Now we are at 4 oz. wcm the rest formula.  When we run out of formula that is it.

We started out slowly with 1 ounce of milk and 5 ounces of formula and increased the ratio of nmilk to formula until we were at all milk. We also warm up her milk just a little bit.
