Gonna gain a million lbs...

I'm good in the am- eating healthy all that, but...by evening my m/s kicks in and I want all the hangover food you can think of - creamy carby goodness and a little Mexican- weird but that's how it goes. Not feeling so great after a whole summer of paleo...eh what do ya do?!

  • I'm living on cheese whiz buns and granola bars!! I'm hungry all the time. I'm 7.5 weeks and it already looks like I have a bump because I've gained 2.5lbs in 3 weeks!! At thins rate I will be gigantic! But my boobs are amazing!! Lovin it!
  • Mine seems worse at night too, I mostly eat crackers. Not the best, but for now anything that doesn't make me sick is okay by me. I did eat a veggie subway sandwich yesterday which was nice. I just feel bad for DH who isn't sick, but also has like no food in the house...perhaps I should go grocery shopping ;)

  • Even before my BFP I was terrified of gaining a ton of weight. The first or second week of pregnancy I broke down and ate a bunch of crap that I hadn't had in about a year (chicken mcnuggets, come to mama!) because I absolutely *had to have* it, lol. Then came the bloating because I was totally inhaling my meals, like seriously straining my esophagus. :P Now in my 6th week, I've calmed down a bit. I'm trying to make better choices and I'm chewing my food properly, haha. From what I've heard, the baby takes priority when it comes to divvying up nutrients, so you get what's left. It's that knowledge that's keeping me away from fast food and candy bars.
  • My m/s has been really bad and lasts all day. I only want bland carbs and the foods I used to eat daily on primal diet make me gag. I used to workout 6 to 7 times a week and now i am lucky to make it once, I feel so awful. I am definitely going to gain too much this trimester but I am hoping that I can get back on track next trimester.

    Please stop talking about bagel bites!!! Whenever I see it, I feel like I have to RUN to the store and buy some :)

  • I wish i was craving anything right now... i'm so in and out of moods :( i have days where my cravings are strong and i feel great then days like today where nothing seems good and i feel so sick :/

    Andplusalso bagel bites are gagworthy for me right now :/
