Welp, same ol' I guess

I'm still waiting for my first af after my d&e, and I think I'm about 4/5dpo. I was really naively hoping that the pregnancy some how jumped started my body and got my hormones back on track, but lo and behold here I am 4 or 5dpo and spotting as usual. Meh. I also realized that if af arrives when I think it will next cycle's O/IUI time will be when DH and I are in San Fran for his work conference. So now I'm trying to decide if we should just do a clomid/TI cycle or nothing. Oh the joys of 2IF decisions. 

Two DDs 10/08 and 08/10, no primary IF
TTC #3 since 10/2011 - dx unexplained/weak ovulation
 3 BFN clomid + TI cycles, 5 BFN clomid/gonal f IUIs, 1 mmc IUI
2/19/2014 IVF #1 Unexpected low E2 (oversuppressed) -> increased to max doses = 3 or 4 follicles, converting to IUI
BFFP Saw 1 beautiful heartbeat at 6w6d, follow up u/s at 9w showed mmc. Eff this.
NTNP 5/2014-9/2014, OPKs and TI 10/2014 - 1/2015. 
RPL testing all normal, AFC, AMH, and FSH all normal. 
IVF 1.2 1/22/2014 natural cycle start, AFC 28, 300 gonal f/150menopur. 
ER 2/3/15 14R 8M 3F w/ICSI Day 5 transfer on 2/8/15 of one "Grade A+" blast and have TWO frosties!

    Weird. I have a work conference in San Fran next month.  Any chance your husband is an anesthesiologist?

    I'm sorry you're spotting already... I'm right there with you friend, I know it's frustrating.  The wait for AF is even worse when you're already spotting.  If it was me? I'd try a round of clomid just because you don't want to "waste" a cycle, you know? I'd want to feel like I tried something even though I was out of town.

    Small world! He's a CA1, and is the ASA rep for his class so he gets to go and I get to tag along. I plan on enjoying the quiet while he's at the conference :)
    I am definitely leaning towards an easy round of clomid for that exact reason...no need to let an entire month roll by with out upping our chance at least a little bit.

    Ugh.  I'm sorry.  That's really frustrating.  I think there is still a chance that the pregnancy did in fact jump start your body and this cycle is just screwy.  Don't let go of the optimism just yet.  With my D&C cycle, I had an 8 day LP but the following one jumped to 11.
    November 2010 - 10.5 week loss  o:) 
    October 2011 - DS (7)  <3 
    July 2014 - Stillborn DD (24 weeks)  o:) 
    August 2015 - DD (3)  <3 
    April 2018 - 5 week loss o:)
