I am producing so much milk. I've been home a week and already have over 100oz stocked in the freezer. I'm running out of space. Any tips on a good way to organize it all?
get a gift bag (like the plastic coated colorful ones that are a dollar at the store) find one that is the same measurements as your milk storage bags. At the bottom of the side of the bag cut a small slit (not too big or they slide out!!) on the side that is the short side. lay the milk bag inside the gift bag lay so they freeze flat then the gift bag becomes a dispenser for the milk bags. Oldest on bottom comes out first fresh goes in on top and is contained well! and its easy to grab oldest first! I really hope my directions made sense because I feel like it didnt haha! if not I will make one and post a picture of it but congrats on so much milk! you are doing great!

mellissalynay90, you are a Genius!!! You should see my freezer, it's just a rediculous mess with slippery bags everywhere! You have just changed my life, for sure... Thanks for sharing!
A friend froze her breast milk in ice trays. Each cube equals about 1 oz. She would then carefully arrange them in FoodSaver bags and seal them up. They laid nice and flat in her freezer. When they needed some thawed out, they'd open the bag, take out as many cubes as they needed and reseal the bag.

Do you have a chest freezer? Your milk will last a lot longer there than in your fridge's freezer.
