Accident started after move

My toddler is 3. She has been potty trained since 2.5. We moved and about a month after we moved she started daycare. Since starting daycare 3 weeks ago suddenly we have accidents. She never did before. No accidents at school just at home. She's only in school 3 days per week for 2.5 hours each time. I'm wondering if this is normal? How should I respond? Frustrated but also concerned. I have an upcoming doctors appointment to rule out any urinary tract issues.
