    thanks for checking in ladies! Very annoying situation, that is why I did not post an update. Our court date actually ended up being friday... but bc we both waived oral argument we did not have to go in, the decision was to be mailed and we would get it by fri. Well we got nothing. I finally got a hold of the court clerk and it was delayed and just mailed today! He could not telll me anything over the phone. so I just have to wait for the mail. Annoying as heck! But I guess patience is a virtue. I will keep you updated!
