Symptoms...meds or real?

Hi Ladies!  After 3 years and 4 months, lots of clomid, two IUIs, two IVFs and one FET, I got my first BFP!!  I am still waiting for my first ultrasound so I am still in the danger zone, but so far things look good.  My question is, how many of the symptoms I am having (mostly big sore boobs and a bit of fatigue and nausesa) are due to the meds, and how many are real?  I feel like they are a good sign, but it might just be artificial.  Also, if something does go wrong, would I have bleeding and know, or would the meds prevent me from knowing until the ultrasound?  Thanks!

Congrats and welcome!

Unfortunately, it's very hard to tell whether symptoms come from meds or from pregnancy. Since most of us were on the meds for many weeks after our BFP, I don't think that many of us would know the difference between early symptoms and side effects!

As for your other question, some ladies bleed when something goes wrong, even though they are on meds, and others don't. Not much comfort there (sorry), but try to enjoy each and every day of your pregnancy if you can. Best of luck with your upcoming u/s!

congratulations!!!!!  i agree with PP, some of us have symptoms, others do not.  everything is so individual and unfortunately nothing is logical in pregnancy.  your betas look awesome though and i would take that and run with it.  it's very hard to just sit back and wait, and that does continue throughout pregnancy.  here's wishing the time flies by for you so you can see your little bean/beans!

It's hard not to worry, but try not to. You can't really know this early what is causing your symptoms. Also, I had a missed miscarriage with no bleeding or cramping or warning signs at all. So unfortunately things happen. Just remember that today you are pregnant!

Congrats and welcome! Looking back I had similar symptoms, but I'd guess the nausea and sore boobs were due to meds. The exhaustion is from baby.

Congrats!! I'm having all the same symptoms and have no idea if its real or just the meds...just waiting it out. I have the exact same fears about not knowing if something were to go wrong, just keep telling myself that there's nothing that I could possibly do anyways, even if something did happen.
