Cramping during my 2WW after IVF

This is my first IVF treatment, I had ET 7 days ago. Since the transfer I have been experiencing cramps, it feels exactly like AF is coming. I have not experienced any pregnancy symptoms and i am starting to get nervous. I am scheduled to go in for my blood test in 5 days and I am wondering if anyone had these symptoms and still got a BFP?

    Cramping is completely normal.  I actually had more intense cramping in my second IVF cycle (BFP) than in my first cycle (BFN).




    dx:  Unexplained IF
     TTC since May 2011, 1 year trying, and then 3 TI, 2 IUI = BFN
    IVF #1 (May 2013):  Antagonist Protocol: 
    24R, 18M, 15F w/ICSI; 5dt of 2 early blasts, no frosties = BFN
     IVF #2 (August 2013):  Lupron Stop Protocol: 
    28R, 23M, 15F w/ICSI; 5dt of 1 partially hatched blast, 7 frosties = BFP
    EDD 5/23/14, blighted ovum (6w6d), D&C (8w6d)
    FET #1 (April 2014):  transferred 2 5d blasts = BFP

    @ddeblaiso I understand completely. I am in my TWW of my first IVF (5dp5dt) and I posted this morning about cramps, I posted on the pregnant after IF board and here. It was pretty unanimous that the cramps could go either way, but mostly it was positive. You can check them out if you are interested in the details. The title of the post on both boards is just "cramps".

    I am choosing to think it is a good sign. GL and I hope you get your BFP!

    IVF #1 starting in August. ER 9/5/13 23 eggs we are fertilizing 15. 9 frozen
    ET 9/10 - transferred 1 perfect 5AA blast
    7dp5dt BFP ~~ Beta on 9/19 - 77.4 Beta #2 on 9/21 - 357
    Low heartbeat on 10/7 86, lower heartbeat on 10/11 76, no heartbeat 10/14/13. D&C 10/15/13
    Tests revealed MTHFR c677t mutation, put on Folgard.

    Thank you so very much, it seems like we're in the same boat. This is my first IVF treatment but we have been TTC for almost 3 years. We tried 4 months of injections and times intercourse which all lead to a BFN. I am hoping and praying this works. These next few days are going to drive me crazy. I wouldn't mind the cramps if I have pregnancy symptoms but not one single symptom. I also read lots of good positive remarks but I guess only time will tell. When is your beta?

    My beta is Thursday, it know what you mean about being driven crazy!! Thursday seems forever away... And then I have to wait on the doc to call???

    Are you going to POAS? Or are you beta or bust?

    I also test Thursday. I already POAS and it came back negative but I know it was very early I just got anxious. I may POAS Thursday morning before my beta. My DH thinks I should just wait but the suspension is driving me crazy!
