I ladies I slept so much yesterday I slept from 12pm-7pm then from 1am-6:30am my body just crashed!!


I did absolutely nothing yesterday other then continue to work on my little one crochet blanket and watch a boxing fight.


Qotd: at first I was thinking I should put my little on in private school but I honestly think its all based on the student not the school..

All my dreams I am pregnant. I can't even enjoy a drink in my dreams lol...

HI ladies!

I slept a lot yesterday and last night.  I was having such a rough day that I just wanted to sleep it away.  Babies are great, I was just a weepy mess.  Hubby brought me the laptop with some movies on it last night.  I think I'm going to watch a movie this morning and then football for the rest of the afternoon.  I have a couple visitors coming up today.  Hopefully I'll be better company than I was yesterday.

OQTD: Public schools.  We moved into the town we live in a few years ago specifically for the schools.

Happy Sunday!  I slept crappy as usual, but surprisingly good for the first few hours after my bath last night!

Private school, I live in a metropolitan area that is the capital of our state and it really isn't even an option to send to public.

I don't dream or don't remember them much, but I've never been pregnant in one.

Update: 31w 5d. Slowly getting there. Yesterday morning was mentally tough. I got put on monitors early to figure out what I was feeling. Just a lot of irritation from my big babies. I'm looking forward to their growth u/s on Tuesday. My DH came up first thing yesterday then left for a family reunion, brought my stepdaughter to a party, ran errands, then came back to spend dinner with me. He has been so great and is nesting like crazy. The separation between us has been the hardest.

QOTD: Public school. We moved a couple years ago specifically to a really good school district and live across from a really strong school. I have been impressed by their approach and the staff.

Dreams: Sometimes I am and then sometimes I'm not. I am not always myself in dreams either. The night before I was a deer running in the forest. Last night, I was a guy in an action movie. When I first started doing bedrest, if I was myself, I'd freak out about standing and moving in my dreams because I was supposed to be on bedrest.

How did everyone sleep? Pretty well.  Back to my normal 2 hour stretches of sleep.  I'm trying to just tell myself it's my bodies way of prepping for two little babies getting up during the night for feedings. 

Milestones? Updates? Nothing too new to report.  The girls were really quiet yesterday - so I'm trying not to freak myself out but I'm obsessing over their movement today.  Looking forward to my OB appt on Tuesday...


Two Qotd: private or public school? Being a teacher I'm a strong believer in public school - unless there are unique circumstances such as being in a failing school district and/or safety. Private does not always equal better - often times you'll find that private schools do not require the same certifications as public schools as they are able to function privately (i.e. money funding is not from the gov).  

Are you pregnant in your dreams? Funny this is today - I haven't been pregnant in dreams until last night and then I had a dream I was pregnant...with Eminem's baby!! Lmao I don't know how that happened...but I woke up singing "The Real Slim Shady" which is the song I sang to our love child during my dream...so strange!!

33wks 2 days. I didn't get much sleep like usual. My longest stretch is about 2-2 1/2 hours.
I have an appointment tomorrow morning to check my cervical length and see how the little one is doing. He's been very active lately which is good. My younger sister has been helping me out greatly by cleaning and cooking since my hubby has been working or out with his friends he doesn't help much with me being on bedrest.
I bought a house a few years ago close to where I went to school. Its a great school and area.
I've only had a few dreams where I was already pregnant. The other I'm either getting pregnant or already have my little one. It makes me wonder if he's really going to look the same as he does in my dreams. Hope everyone has a good Sunday!

Good morning, ladies. This is my first day checking in-I was placed on modified bed rest yesterday due to elevated blood pressure.

How did everyone sleep: Not well-was doing the 24 hour urine collection routine and had to wake my husband repeatedly to get the jug from downstairs. Plus side-helped with collection, I always knew he was a keeper!

Milestones? Updates?-I get to return to the hospital today for the second steroid injection. Baby boy is still moving. I don't think its as much, but he often responds to noise and its been very, very quiet.

QOTD 1: I work in a parochial school. I would not send my son there. Some of the teachers are great, but others are not certified and won't get certified. Some use the same out-dated methods of instruction they were taught with 30 to 60 years ago.EDITED to add: We also have some amazing teachers who have/are working on advanced degrees who give at least 110% and plan and deliver excellent, research based instruction. However, we also have no money for supplies and many of the textbooks are old and worn out. However, given the state of the city schools, I might change my mind if we moved from the burbs back to the city. The schools in the district I live in are great. And if I had 20,000 a year for the fancy private schools, I might consider that.

Dreams: In my dreams, I'm a hero. I usually rescue my husband from precarious situations, such as jealous exgirlfriends. They are jealous because we are having a baby but I don't appear to be pregnant in the dream.

I've been falling asleep later, but sleeping later in the morning.  Of course I am interrupted every four hours, but I didn't have any issues falling back to sleep.  Some contractions this morning, but nothing consistent, thankfully. 

QOTD: I believe in public schools, but also fortunate enough to live in an area where the public schools have a great reputation. 

Sometimes when I dream I'm not pregnant, although I've had several dreams where I give birth to a toddler!  Very odd ;-)

Morning everyone!
I haven't been feeling well for a few days and sleep is almost nonexistent.
I'm also very overwhelmed and emotional... Crying at everything :-/ oh and idk if this is TMI but HOLY hemorrhoids.... This is the worst pain I've ever felt in my life!
33 and 4 looking so very forward to that 34 milestone!!!

I went to private all my life and would love to send LO to the sane school but mh and I have talked extensively and I think we both agree with public.

It's 50-50. I'm mostly pregnant in my dreams. Last night I dreamt I was back to work when my OB called and said were inducing you right now! So I'm walking around work getting myself ready for my induction, getting paperword ready etc and asking if anyone just wants to throw my IV in for me lol

Mariana: I went through and emotional stage last week :-/ I cried about everything lol. I am such a whimp..

Morgan: your lucky once I wake up its hard for me to fall back to sleep :-/

Thanks for the welcome. I am 27 weeks today.

I am also very emotional--every Disney movie makes me cry. Yesterday it was Lilo and Stitch when Cobra Bubbles told Nani that removing herself from the picture was best for Lilo.
