MFP Peeps!

So, I have been in a plateau for the past 2 weeks.  I have been exercising everyday (and a lot most day) and eating within my calorie range on MFP.  I did just adjust my calories to make them less to see if that will make a difference.  If we are friends on MFP, my diaries are open for you to peek at.  Feel free to look at them and let me know how you may tweak them to help me get out of this.  I have lost 7 lbs in about 7 weeks, but still have 8 more to my ideal and 10 more to where I was when I ran my half in May.

Thank ladies!

  • Yeah, just looking through your diary the last week, I'd say up your calories and see what happens. You're consistently 500+ under.

Do you have a hrm so you actually know what you're burning?

  • Also, if your water log is accurate, try increasing it consistently to 8 cups a day or even more since you're exercising so much.

Are you eating too little, maybe? I'm not on MFP but I've plateaued before when I was getting too few calories.
Before the last 2 days I have consumed about 2000 calories a day, burning 900-1000 through exercise.

I use a HRM.  I wear a Nike Fuel band which tells me approximate calories burned for the day.  I have a HRM, I just need to take it in to get a new battery.

I do need to make a better effort on water (and lower my sodium).

That's eating half of my exercise calories though.  I have had half the people I asked say they don't eat them at all - others said they eat them sometimes...
