Posting pictures

Hey ladies,
 I am sure this was already covered but I can't remember how to do it.  I posted a picture of A last week and it was huge.  How do I get something a bit smaller?  Posting pictures is apparently easier with the new format but that was the first one I posted and it was huge.

Once the pic is pasted in, you can click on it & drag the corners to resize. That's not on mobile, though.

I just click the "Attach a file" blue link button under white box.  Then I find the photo in my files and ta da!

Or you could upload your pic on like tinypic.com and get the url.  And then above this message box, click the box that has like a tree or something on it.  If you hover your mouse on it, it says "Insert Image."  Then put in the tinypic.com url.
