Extended RF help

Hi! I was wondering if someone could help with a recommendation for a car seat that will fit we'll in a Camry. We currently have ds rf in his Britax Advocate, however, he is getting very close to 1" from the top. Our other major issue is that the car seat leans back pretty far, which means the passenger seat is pushed up quite a bit. DH is tall and it is very hard for him to ride in that seat. With baby #2 due in the next few weeks, we will have to turn ds around and put him behind the driver's side so that the infant seat can go behind the passenger. It also takes a lot of room and if it were behind the driver, dh couldn't drive at all.

Ds is almost 2.5, so dh feels that we have more than met the recommendation for rf but I'd like to keep him that way longer! We would have to get a taller seat and one that sits up straighter. I would only be able to talk dh into buying another seat if it also transitioned into a booster later. That way, it would be a long-term solution. Any suggestions?

Radian with the angle adjuster

Do you know if an angle adjuster can be used on a Britax?  It would buy us a bit more time until he reaches the height limit.

Like pp said, it's a radian only thing.
And in case someone with younger kids is wondering, I think they recently changed the restriction for using it from 1 year to having good head control and being able to sit unassisted (which for many kids can be a few months before 1, just not little infants).
