Anyone has used Valco Baby Single ION Stroller?

I just start looking into baby gears online as I just entered 2nd trimester as a FTM. For some reason, Valco Baby Single ION Stroller catches my eyes. I checked they are not sold locally so I can't really try it on. Wonder if this is can be my only stroller? I think it's 18 lb. Is that considered light weight with its functions? we don't plan to go off road much and the side walk are overall good condition. We may have to deal with snow in the winter though. I am an average 5'4" gal. Thank you in advance for any input. I hope I will be able to offer my knowledge/ experience in the future.
