Hey Ladies

I went to the Dr. today just for routine stuff (everyone is great). The Dr I saw today happens to be a parent of twins himself. He was saying the are a bunch of store that offer discounts for multiples. He listed the following.
- target
- Carter's
- Gymboree
- babies r us
- JC penny portraits studios.

I am trying to compile a list. Ate there any other stores that you know of?

I've never received a twin discount at Target, Carter's or Gymboree. I know about the BRU one and have never done pics at JCPenney so I didn't know about that one.

I wonder if it only works for same sex twins where you'd be buying multiples of the same item because the manager at the store where I used to live knew me, knew I had twins and always asked how they were and I never got a twin discount.

I believe (correct me if I am wrong) that its not a nation wide deal. Its up to the individual store managers. But to my knowledge most of those stores do not offer discounts in most places. Some of them did in the past but no longer do anymore. There was a past thread that talked about this and from the sounds of it due to multiples becoming more popular due to IVF and other fertility treatments most places stopped offering them. But Im almost 100% sure Gymboree and Carters don't offer it anywhere you go. It dose't hurt to ask anywhere you go though whats the worst that could happen...they say no lol or you you get a discount!

Buy Buy Baby also offers twin discounts. As long as you're buying the same item (could be in a different color) second item is 10% off.

Gymboree does not I have taken my trio in to about 10 different ones and never gotten a discount. Carters no longer does them they used to but not anymore. And never heard of Target. Buy Buy Baby and Babies R Us do.

Maybe because I have boy/girl twins so I don't buy two identical outfits, but none of those clothing stores has ever given me a discount.  BRU has given me one, but the conditions have to be perfect for them to do it (two identical items, must be sold in the store and not ordered, etc). I thought it was going to be great at first but I have barely saved any money this way.  (Debbie Downer wah wah)
