Are yall doing abs at the gym?
IF DX: DOR & Fragile X pre-mutation carrier
2011: FSH 13.3 & E 99; AMH 0.54 2nd FSH 6.2 E 40's AFC: 8
BFP from Clomid/IUI ~ Pre-e and IUGR during pregnancy ~ DS born 9/4/12
Feb./March 2013: AMH less than 0.16 (undectable) and AFC = 4;
BFP from supps ~ DS#2 due May 2014

  • I haven't been because crunches make me feel nauseated, but as soon as that subsides I will resume ab workouts. I do plenty that requires core stabilization, though.

  • I feel too bloated to right now. I heard at 4 months you shouldn't do any working out that requires you to lay down flat (whatever that means).
  • My ob said it was fine so long as it felt ok & to continue with my regular stuff-light weights,swimming,walking.But sometimes I feel weird doing abs when there's a little pea beating away underneath them!
  • My doctor said it was fine as long as I didn't "push myself" and if I start spotting to stop doing that and give them a call. I probably will try and do more planks than my typical ab work out.
