Anyone experiencing lower back discomfort?

I am 5 weeks today and my lower back is a tad sore (not painful, just uncomfortable).  Anyone else?

I get it at night if I try sleeping on my side.  I've found that putting a pillow between my knees helps a lot.

Mine starting yesterday and it is a constant pressure, very uncomfortable

My back is killing me. I'll be 7 weeks tomorrow. It started as slight pains, more like spasms really. Now my entire lower back will lock up for hours. It hurts to move by the end of the day. I've been using a heating pad on medium and taking tylenol. They help a ton.

Yup, I've had a light low backache all week.

Yes me too. I've had a lower back ache since since my BFP.

I've had cramps in my back, almost like I get with AF.

I've never had lower backaches before even with AF, but started getting them at 5wks. I've been even using a cold pack a few nights bc it's so sore.

My back has hurt since before my BFP. It's a very dull ache, I get it with AF too. I have a retroverted uterus so maybe that has something to do with it.

Yep yep yep. Since 5 weeks on the dot. The day I turned 5 weeks I could hardly get up without wincing. Had to get DH to massage me (not a bad thing). It lasted a few days but comes and goes now and is much lighter. I also have the odd twinge in my abdomen.

Hey I'm 4 weeks 2 days and I've got really uncomfortable back pain on my right side - it's my first pregnancy and I hope it's nothing to worry about :-/

I have three herniated discs. It's been bad already. I will need to be suspended in gel before the end of the pregnancy.

I'm six weeks and get it off and on mainly toward the end of the day.

I woke up from a nap today with my lower back killing me! The shooting pain felt the same after I was on my feet for 8 hours shooting a wedding. Blah!

My back has been sore a bit, but nothing that is unusual for me. It has felt like it does when I sleep crooked, or from being on my feet all day at work. But I'm 5w4d, and I have noticed it a couple times this week which would be more frequent than usual for me.
