Would you go?

So one of my friends is gettong married in November. Her MOH and bridesmaids are throwing her bachelorette party next month. The MOH texted me last night with details, stating that if I'm interested in coming, the price is 100 bucks which will include my spot in the party bus/limo, drinks/food for the evening, and bar fee for the bar we're going to. Sounds like a pretty good deal to have everything included and it sounds like a fun time.

I'm friends/acquaintances (but not super close) with the bride and most of the ladies in the bridal party, but they're besties with each other. My logical brain is telling me to just go and have fun. My immature, unconfident (is that even a word?), and somewhat frugal brain is hesitant. Plus, I just don't really know if I want to dish out 100 bucks for a night out. Although I could use one!

WWYD? Bow out or suck it up and go and have fun?

Re: Would you go?

  • If you have the means to go, I would.

The worst thing that could happen is that you won't have a good time.

  • Yeah, this is sort of what I'm thinking. Honestly, yes we could swing it. I'm leaning towards going, since I could totally use a night out...I guess I'm juat hesitant. IDK. I think I just need to suck it up and let loose for a night!

  • If I had the money I would go. I am also challenging myself to go outside my comfort zone and plus I need a night out

  • Yeah..fuck it. I'm just gonna go. Not really looking forward to the possible hangover, but I could definitely use a night out!!
