I've been on a chia seed kick lately putting it on everything. It helps me feel full longer. This is convenient during busy long days in the office. My intake at max is two tablespoons per day. Is it safe for pregnancy and TTC?
I never thought about it and also curious to know. I love Chia seed, I love to put this in almond milik and fresh fruit, shake them and put it in the fridge overnight. Yummy pudding.
