New to High Risk

I'm 34 weeks + 4 days.  We found out at the 32 week growth scan that our son does not appear to have developed a left kidney, may have a malformed left leg, and has a single umbilical artery.  Prior to that point we were told the pregnancy was perfect, normal, etc.

After Harmony testing and ruling out chromosomal abnormality, we had our second scan with the MFM doctor today.  Followed by my second hospital visit in 5 days.

It seems my blood pressure spikes when I am not laying down (causing headache and vision probs) but normalizes when I lay down. I'm on complete bedrest as of this morning, only allowed to shower.  We are hoping and praying I can avoid pre-e (no protein in my urine and PIH bloodwork good for now) and keep him happy in there for long enough to let his lungs develop more. They say it's too late to give a steroid to speed up development of the lungs. I have to go in for biophysical profiles to make sure he continues to thrive on the single umbilical artery weekly. And Dr 2x/wk.
