My knitting is fairly mediocre, and I'm behind the times again with the drama thread... I must say, however, that @CarSeat has given us the most delightful new topic to run away with: BABY RACING! Hey doc, how much to put some stripes on that one and make it a little more aerodynamic?
I'm convinced that TheBump is having a posthumous feud with Steve Jobs and you can't post siggys from Macs.
Umm excuse me, I was promised a discussion about yarn. I'm too lazy to read through pages 2-6, but I haven't seen anything. I demand a yarn discussion damnit!
Damn, I close TB for a few hours after work and then I come back just to miss all the fun! Seriously, I haven't laughed this hard all week and I needed it considering the extra hours I'm putting in. Thanks, ladies!
That was really the funniest thread I have ever read through.... It's the middle of the night for me, having a coughing attack and my laughing out did my coughing. I swear that lady sounded a lot like solreindahood or whatever her name was from a month or so back.

Baby Bookshelves has genetics in his/her favor. We are FAST! Those little Car Seat twinsies will just distract each other, while Booklet WINS IT ALL. (I might have a competitiveness problem... )
Oh, you want fast? You should see me run when I'm not all full of baby. I won't be winning any gold medals any time soon, but I can hold my own. And you should see how long H's legs are.
BRING IT, BOOKLET.
I think "all full of baby" is one of my new favorite phrases
I looooove crocodile stitch. I'd learn to crochet just so I could use it. It'll be gorgeous!
Ooooh, just found my next project!

@robinandbaby I personally find crochet easier, but that's because I'm really eye-hand coordinationally challenged (yes, I made up that word). I taught myself how to crochet about 5 years ago using YouTube videos and a book called "Stitch and Bitch: The Happy Hooker"
I don't say this lightly as I am a serious reader and lover of books, but that is the best book title I have ever heard of, in my life. Excuse me while I go check online to see if my library has it.
My friend sort of taught me how to crochet--I could only do a chain before that. I forgot in the last few months and want to reteach myself. I just interlibrary loaned this, it does sound awesome!
And knitting...I can only do the most basic stitch. So I can make super boring scarf and that's about it.

Thanks Carseat. I'm pretty proud of it so far. :-) I'll also be whipping up some of these: https://www.craftsy.com/pattern/crocheting/accessory/crocodile-stitch-booties-baby-sizes/5
