My 3week old always has bad gas but hardly burps he passes gas a lot do you think giving him gas relief drops is ok we are just over worried I'm sure

We give gas drops before every single bottle. Pediatrician said it was fine. My son was very colicky up until about a week ago. Changing his formula and the gas drops helped a little.

Is the gas bothering him? If he's passing it with ease it's not really an issue.

My LO is almost 8 weeks & has been using gas drops for a few weeks now. His doctor said it was fine
