Might be TMI for some..Post Cerclage Q

Hi everyone, I had my cerclage done yesterday and the doctors said it went well.  I had nothing more than a couple moments of spotting but it has tapered off to nothing until a half an hour ago...I had a giant burst of very thick bloody mucus.  I called my doctor and she said not to come in unless I start cramping and have period-like blood.  Have any of you experinced this after getting a cerclage done?  Last pregnancy I went into preterm labor right after this happened to me but they don't seem to be too concerened.  Yesterday at the hospital my doctor, the surgeon, and the nurses said nothing more than a little bit of spotting is normal but today it is ok.  I guess I am just a ball of nerves right now, we've had a lot of highs and lows with this pregnancy.  Thank you for listening.

I'm sorry I am of no help, I'm getting my cerclage next week, but that sounds scary.  T&P that it is normal, and stops soon!
