Re: arc trainer made my toes numb??

  • I haven't used one in years but yeah that always happened to me too. Wiggle them and move your feet a bit during the workout

  • It's happened to me too. I blamed it on curling my toes while on the machine. It was like I was gripping the machine with my toes to balance. Any way, be sure your toes aren't doing that and also move your feet around a bit when your on the machine. Should be an easy remedy for your next workout.
  • I've had this on various ellipticals in addition to the arc trainer, and I most often experience it if I don't alternate direction, incline, or resistance during my workout. When I adjust those things, it makes my feet push on the pedals/pads differently each time, changing the pressure points and improving the overall blood flow in my feet. It's worth a shot to just work on adjusting the resistance and incline on the arc while you're working out. It also adds to the workout!
