My LO can't make up his mind

My sons new thing is saying no to something but the second I take it away he whines to have to back. And then repeat. He's doing it with everything. Making mommy crazy lol I'm always 11 weeks pregnant but I don't think it has to do with this as I don't think he really understands all that yet. Anyone else's kids do this?

Yes!  My son does that.  I do what someone else suggested, "Well, here it is in case you decide you want it."  The most frustrating thing he does though is to throw something out of his reach then say "have it back?"  Then ensues the conversation about why he threw it in the first place if he wanted it, etc etc etc.  Or he see's your empty plate and "have it back?"   I'm pretty sure it's a phase like everything else.
