I'm a mom of 7wk old twins. I need something to entertain one twin while the other one feeds/gets attention. Do you recommend the rock and play or swing?? Will they grow out of the rock and play too fast?
We have 2 RnPs (that's what they sleep in) and 1 swing. I don't use any of them during the day. RnPs are bedtime only and my girls don't seem to care much for the swing. I use bouncy seats during the day. Or have them lie on the bed.

We use both. We have 2 rnps and 1 swing. They don't seem to like our bouncy seats yet. I think they are too small for them still. I like that the rnps are the same height as the couch and bed and very portable. It is easy to keep them close to wherever you are. My girl twin is just now falling asleep in the swing which is nice.
I have two swings that they nap in during the day. We also have a piano play mat, a stationary jumperoo, and the pnp is set up with toys and a mirror. This is more then enough but I got the piano mat and a relative bought the jumperoo a week later. My saving grace was my two swings though. They will sit in the bouncy chairs, but they dont' keep their attention as long as any of the other mentioned items.
