aaarrrhhhh...the throwing stage is back

We have gone through this stage twice already with LO, but it is back and it is wicked. Yesterday he was throwing food at the sitters. I can't get it to sink in that throwing isn't ok. My newest plan is to start every meal with the main course and feed it to him. Then when this is done we will give him the finger food, the moment he throws the meal is over, all the food is taken and he goes directly to a 1 minute time out. I hope this works, today is day 1 with the new plan. Anyone have other ideas?? TIA

You know what I noticed.  My son likes to eat from my plate.  So I sit and eat and he comes to me and I offer bites.   Yesterday I fed him his more favorite food in the world, pizza.  And he threw the whole damn thing on the floor at the dog.   But when I sat to eat my dinner he wanted bites.  So I just kept offering.  

Probably not a great habit but I gotta get this kid to eat!
