I met with the new lawyer yesterday, he's mean and willing to throw down with my soon to be ex which is just what I need. I need someone mean enough to stand between the two of us so I can be a mom and on my kids and the end of my pregnancy. My husband did tell me yesterday that when I file we can never be friends, (oh dear whatever will I do?) I am upset that it ended up here, and that the first thing I have to do is file the papers that will throw him out of my house in 15 days, but I did not not chose this path he did. My lawyer assures me I have nothing to be concerned with and when my husband gets his restraining order and order to vacate the home this week, to just direct all contact from that point on to my lawyer. It will be a huge load off my mind to not have to deal with him anymore, I actually feel like I can breathe!
