Follow up interview went really well!!!

It was short but she specifically said my resume stood out and it was for a prior position that I didn't think was really related to this one at all.  And as we talked she took notes and was smiling and nodding as she did so.  I really really really want this job so I hope I get an answer asap.  I haven't applied to anything else lately because this one is such a perfect fit for me so cross your fingers!  They didn't mention pay yet or a time frame, but at this point I would take whatever pay they offer because the position is so perfect for me.  Please say a prayer or whatever it is you do - this would be so so so amazing!!!

And related to this - I don't have access to the email address for the person I interviewed with today - he is somewhat a higher up in the local government.  I do have the email addresses for the other two - they were the ones I interviewed with in the first interview.  Should I send them a second thank you (I sent one after the first interview via email) saying thank you again?  And should I ask them to forward on my appreciation to the 3rd person?
