My Beagle's going to be a big brother! (BFP!)

I'm so excited!
Cycle/Month: 8/8 (I've been off birth control for almost a year, though)
What we did: Nothing too different from the previous seven cycles--we hit O-3, O-1, and O. I used digital OPKs and I got positives on CD 13 and CD 14. I also temped, but only to confirm O. (We went away for Labor Day weekend shortly thereafter, so I didn't bother to bring my thermometer.) Flame-worthy: I stayed put after sex. This is the first cycle I've done that for more than a few minutes, but I'm not prone to UTIs. In past cycles, I've used Mucinex to increase CM, but I forgot about it this cycle (I didn't find that it helped, anyway.)
How I told DH: It was very anti-climatic--some of you might remember my confession from Friday--I took a FRER but I looked at it outside the time window. DH, being a scientist, was all like "now it's invalid, yada, yada, yada." (of course he was totally right) I woke up early on Saturday and tested again, and got a light pink line within the time frame. DH still wasn't too sure since the test line was not as dark as the control, but I told him it didn't have to be. There's no denying today's line, or the digi

Symptoms: None, absolutely none...I had period cramping starting at about 9 DPO, but nothing lately. I'm a little nervous about the lack of symptoms, but I know sometimes they don't start for a few weeks.
The mushy stuff: So many thanks to the wonderful ladies on this board. My DH often asks how I know all this info about TTC, and I always credit you guys. I will miss checking in everyday, and some of our crazy fun threads. I wish you all the best of luck and can't wait to see you on the other side soon!
