Go to OB or no?

I had a bit of spotting after sex at 8 weeks pregnant.
Do I call OB?
They couldn't do anything anyway if something was going wrong this early, right?
Cervix is full of blood during pregnancy, so it's normal and probably nothing, right?

    I wouldn't after sex and just a little spotting. If it continues for 2 or more days yes but it was normal for both my pregnancies

    Not RH negative, and there hasn't been more. I'm not crampy more than normal either. I'm fixin to leave for work, so if I get any symptoms or more spotting, I'll call.
    I'm pretty sure it's nothing, er, at least I'll keep telling myself that until I have something more to cause concern.
