Late period and negative test

We are ttc after a miscarriage in dec. 2012. I am 8 days late and home test come back negative. My cycle varies 34 to 29 and back and forth! Was not sure when I should take another home test or call the docs!

my first test was neg, wait a day or two and try again! and I'd call my dr if you don't start in a day or two! good luck
