Would you eat a Greek yogurt if a hotel brought a mini fridge to your room (that had previously been in someone else's room) and the fridge had a sealed, cold, Greek yogurt in it? I'm kind of tempted to do it.

Also, DH and I had our first overnight away from DS. Apart from the hotel not having mini-fridges available at first and that being super inconvenient for pumping, it has been great.

So anyway, would you keep the Greek yogurt or toss it?

I would never eat yogurt. I wouldn't let someone else eat that though. Toss it.

Good point. Chances are that fridge spent some time somewhere unplugged.

Idk, the fridges were in really high demand in this hotel, and I'm pretty sure it got taken directly from another person's room to ours. I kept asking for a fridge every 3 hours, so I know it was unplugged for less than that. I packed the yogurt in our cooler, but I haven't decided if I'm going to eat it!

@MollucksWrangler, I really don't like wasting food, and I love free stuff, but you have a good point. I guess I'll toss it.

I'm with @MollusksWrangler, it wouldn't occur to me at all to eat it. I wouldn't even eat some sort of dry good like a granola bar or something that had been left behind.

This. I have to say, it definitely would never occur to me to eat something that someone else left behind just for the sake of "not wasting food".
