Are BTS items on sale yet...?

Are any stores (ie Target, Meijer, Walmart, TRU, etc) starting to clearance their Back To School stuff yet? I want to get a Hello Kitty lunchbox for DD.

    I know Target has 30 and 40% off a bunch of their school supplies, but I didn't look at lunchboxes.
