1) How did you first learn about thebump? An old friend from high school suggested it when she heard I was pregnant. Our boys are 2 months apart. We've become friends again bc of TB.

2) What was your best subject in school? English/reading classes. I really enjoy the challenge of writing. I loved science but once we started using math in science, I was like F that.

3) Favorite holiday? Halloween or Thanksgiving. Mostly because fall weather is to die for in the midwest.

4) Do you have a role model? Explain. A mix of people. My sister because I think shes a great mother. My Aunt because she's so selfless. There are a few celebs who I admire and would love to be like, bc of what they do for charity.

5) What would you do if you won 1 million dollars? First, I'd replace my craptastic car with something bigger, and that doesn't sound like a preschool marching band. Then..build a house, and help some family get out of debt. Then hopefully invest and save.

6) What do you absolutely love about your SO? I cant get over how helpful he is. I've never met another guy like him. If course he does his share of leaving trash and dirty laundry lying around, but he never complains when I ask for help. He's also a super awesome father.

7) What color are your eyes? Would you change them? Dark blue. Probably not, I have always gotten a lot of compliments on them.

8) What kind of music do you jam to?
Practically anything. If a song speaks to me, idc what genre it is. The only thing I've encountered that I can't stand is the german death metal crap that DH listens to. Awful and creepy. Currently listening to lonely island, bc it gives me the lolz.

9) Explain your idea of a perfect day.
Probably a day outside in the fall with dh and the kiddos. A hike, or fishing alll day or a picnic sounds lovely.

10) Whats the best compliment you've ever received? I remember back in high school when I was voted most shy. I laughed. I wasnt shy, I was just not into being super social with most of the people there who ignored me through middle school. Some of the more popular kids who I worked with (Sandwich artists unite!) spoke up and said I was the funniest, spazziest(word?) person they knew. That was the best feeling. Yes I'm lame for thinking back to HS, but it was only 4 yrs ago.

-I was on the knot and saw the bump at the top and started lurking hardcore then I found out I was pregnant and started posting. 

2) What was your best subject in school?
-English

3) Favorite holiday?

-Halloween

4) Do you have a role model? Explain.
- My Aunt. I didn't really know my real mom growing up and my step mom was beyond mean to me throughout my life time. I enjoyed spending time with my aunt. She was like the mother I never had. I went to her for everything. SHe never judged and she treated me like the daughter she never had. She was the most awesome person to know. Unfortunately I lost her to brain cancer 2 years ago. I miss her dearly. I have a dove tattoo on my left wrist for her. When I found out I was pregnant and had my 8 week doc appt to confirm my pregnancy. I came out of the office to leave for home and her fave song was on the radio when I started the car. Needless to say, I knew she knew I was pregnant and I bawled my eyes out in the parking lot that day.

5) What would you do if you won 1 million dollars?
- SHOPPING SPREE!!!

6) What do you absolutely love about your SO?
- We come from similar backgrounds, so he knows what I'm thinking without having to say it out loud. He is good at making me feel wanted and loves me unconditionally.

7) What color are your eyes? Would you change them?
- Hazel.. Some days they are more green though. I would change them to full time green.

8) What kind of music do you jam to?
- ANything and everything except Techno.

9) Explain your idea of a perfect day.
- Sleeping in and a spa day.

10) Whats the best compliment you've ever received?

- Seeing as I have been off the market for a looong time (like 10 years now), I was cruising in my car a couple week ago. Windows down, music up. I came to a stop light and I was flattered that some guys asked or my phone number. I was flattered because I have been trying my hardest to lose weight and granted they couldn't exactly see everything, it made me blush.

1) How did you first learn about thebump? A friend of mine told me about the knot first.  I never posted until DD was around one, though. 

2) What was your best subject in school? English

3) Favorite holiday? Halloween 

4) Do you have a role model? Explain. Not one person specifically, no.  I have definitely been influenced (and still am) by people who've passed through my life.  

5) What would you do if you won 1 million dollars? Save some, spend some, and go away

6) What do you absolutely love about your SO? His patience and humor.  He's definitely my counterpart to a T.  

7) What color are your eyes? Would you change them? Mostly blue but kind of grey with hazel in the middle.  I have weird eye coloring.  I would not change them, no.  

8) What kind of music do you jam to? Everything but country and most metal. 

9) Explain your idea of a perfect day.  Lots of sleep, food, and sex. 

10) Whats the best compliment you've ever received? I impressed an entire gay bar with my dancing skills.  I was beaming with joy.

I was on thenest until it imploded. I had lurked in thebump and preferred it to proboards.

English

3) Favorite holiday?
Thanksgiving. I love food and planning the black friday shopping. It's always a four day weekend for me too.

4) Do you have a role model? Explain.
Good question. Not really. I admire different things about different people.

5) What would you do if you won 1 million dollars?
Pay off mortgage and save the rest! Plan for some nice vacations.

6) What do you absolutely love about your SO?
He's very genuine and sweet. His emotional honesty is refreshing.

7) What color are your eyes? Would you change them?
Brown. I would change them, yes. DH and DS both have light eyes and I like that better.

8) What kind of music do you jam to?
Alt rock. It needs to have some edge to it or it bores me.
I do have a soft spot for some of my parents faves though- billy Joel and jimmy buffet! And for some mid 90s nostalgia when the mood strikes.

9) Explain your idea of a perfect day.
Tailgate and a football game, when the weather is still warm.

10) Whats the best compliment you've ever received?
I wrote a creative writing project as my thesis. My thesis advisors comments were very complementary.
