ballet & tap shoes?

DD is starting a ballet/tap class and her old capezio shoes I bought a year ago (the ones that supposedly adjust for several sizes...) don't fit. I was looking at capezios on zappos and it looks like the ballet are about $20 and tap about $23. Are there any brands slightly less expensive but not totally cheap (I don't want hurting feet for sure) or is this pretty much what I should go with?

Thanks!

Re: ballet & tap shoes?

  • We get all of DD's dance shoes at Payless.  Good quality and I usually have a coupon.

  • Do they sell shoes where she takes classes?  Where we do does and they're actually cheaper than retail stores;  plus they have a trade-in policy

  • If you type is ballet shoes in Amazon the Capeziopaper in pink are only 15 which is cheaper than Payless. I am scared to order Tap online because I don't know DDs size but the Amazon price is good.

  • I ordered DD's tap shoes online after I went to the store and got her sized. I had gift card $ for amazon and got them cheap after that.
