Friday night edition...

Friday is usually our takeout night, but it feels like we always order the same ol' shit. i dont even know what i feel like eating tonight...preferably something lower in carbs, as im trying to go easy on them. What's everybody eating tonight?

Semi-homemade buffalo chicken pizza. I buy the crust already made and just add toppings. This (or some version of it) are my go to Friday night dinners.

It is! And it's super easy to make. I just cut up some chicken breast into chunks (or buy the perdue perfect portions already cut up when I can find it), marinade them in buffalo sauce then coat the pre-made crust with a thin coat of buffalo sauce and cover with the already marinated chicken and shredded Mexican style cheese. Bake for 10 mins on 450 degrees and Voila!

It's dirty cheesecake. DH did something that really, really pissed me off today and he knew he stepped over the line. He came home with cheesecake. Im still mad but I'm gonna eat it and glare at him after every bite.
