Switching Pedis

Hi-- New to this board. I'm a mom of a 4yr old and a 4m old. I've decided that I would like to switch pedis and I'm looking for the most appropriate way of telling my current pedi that I'm switching. I'm switching because they are not accommodating to my needs any more. Do I tell her or just ask for my records? I hate this!!

You don't even need to talk to the doctor and the office staff doesn't really care, IMO.  You call and ask them how you can get your children's records.  That's it.  They'll either tell you that you can come in and pick them up or ask you where you'd like them sent.
