Foods Affect Sleep

LO had another crazy night with weird wakeups after short sleeping times.  I was wondering if it could be attributed to what she is eating.  I ususally feed her veggies for supper but last night had fruit.  Could there be some correlation to her sleeping?  Or is this sleep deprived mama grasping at straws trying to explain the unexplainable? I know its not teething.

Re: Foods Affect Sleep

  • It is probably unrelated and just a phase. Hope it passes quickly for you.

  • I had the same kind of night with DS. He will be 6 months tomorrow and we've been on a "solids break" for 3 days. He was awake SEVERAL times just babbling in his crib, not fussy, just content but noisy. I was afraid to let him go too long for fear of him getting upset .. but I only got about 2-3 hours of sleep. I'm hoping *fingers crossed* it's a 6 month growth spurt and ends VERY soon.
