I have two girls already but this is my first time having TWINS! Found out today that we will be adding two more babies to the household!! Very nervous and scared to be honest :-/
Congratulations! I was really nervous and scared too when I found out; that feeling comes and goes, alternating with excitement. I think it's pretty natural!

Ha ha I was hesitant to click on the title of your thread, because seriously "twice the blessing" :-& was far from my mind when we found out it was two. It was more like a constant feeling of extreme nerves and wanting to puke. But I see that you are a normal human and feeling that as well. In no time it will seem weird that other people only have one baby at a time and you wouldn't have it any other way, but the first four weeks after we found out were rough, especially the first. Don't get too overwhelmed with the information out there - take it a day at a time.
@CaliCarly77 I am only almost 7 weeks!! I am considered high risk so we had an early ultrasound done. I do feel like puking! I get so scared, then kind of excited, then terrified again! Thanks for your advice and kind words

I can do this!
Yes you can!! I was 7w1d when we found out (after an earlier US that showed one empty sac - so we doubted even seeing a single heart beat, let alone two). Sounds like the roller coaster we were on!! I think had I to do that time over again, I would ask for an us every two weeks to ease my nerves. (my doc had us come back 4 weeks later and it was just too much stress).
Don't be terrified! (I say that being a first time mom and pregnant with twins...what right do I have? LOL) My sister had twins when I was younger and lived next door to us, so I saw a lot of what she went through and although it wasn't a walk in the park, it wasn't anything that was intolerable. Yes, it took work, yes she had some of "those days", but she says that looking back it wasn't that bad. When she compares her experience with 2 babies (and 2 older children under the age of 5 as well) with the experience of those moms with only 1 baby at a time, she didn't have it any better or worse. You do what you have to do and remember the good times.
Unless she's lying to me, which I'll find out in a few months, and then I'll have to strangle her.

Congrats and welcome! It is definitely overwhelming finding out there are *two* on the way, but all the ladies are right that you absolutely can do it! Wishing you a happy and healthy pregnancy!
Congrats and welcome! It is definitely a shocker. I know when I found out at 10 weeks I was just excited to hear that baby was good let alone that I had 2 healthy babies growing in my belly! It's been a whirlwind but it is the best. I love my girls to death and couldn't imagine it any other way.
