meat and diaper rash

I had originally planned on starting DS with actually meat and having him not having him eat the canned baby meat. I was gone for a meeting all morning yesterday and DH wanted to give DS something substantial because he would be missing a boob feeding so he fed him 3 jars of the baby meat. While I'm glad DS has not become constipated because of that much meat I'm wondering it that may be the reason why he's all of a sudden gotten a bad case of diaper rash on his butt.

I've never heard of diaper rash from meat but I've also learned that anything is possible. I agree it was probably just a coincidence. I decided no baby meats this time around too. That stuff always grossed me out with DS.
