Then do yourself, and your husband, a favor and pick up Bared to You by Sylvia Day.  It is seriously a hot book. Its not so much dominatrics/S&M and I think there might be even more sex, but its more explicit.. They use real WORDS for body parts so its very vivid.  LOVE it.

I LOVED Bared to you!!!!  All 3 of those books in that series are great!

Another book (series) I liked that was semi 50 shades reminder was Thoughtless by S.C. Stephens -- as of right now it's another 3 book series

I actually like that Trilogy more than the Grey trilogy.  Gideon Cross is incredible!  My last name rhymes with Cross and I thought about Gideon for a boys name just to be silly!!  )  I believe this will be a 5 book series when it's all said and done

Am I the only strange one who couldn't even make it through 50 Shades?  It probably didn't help that I tried to read it while sleep training DD...

I loved the Bared to You series! I still need to buy the latest one! And the Thoughtless trilogy is just as good!

I'm kind of over the crossfire series bc it's not all published yet. I really got into Kristen Ashley and her rock chick series. Much more light, not dark and twisted...but really hot and steamy. I also like that most of the books have a strong female character. She also has a great 'burg series as well as others. I highly recommend any of her books, I'm pretty sure I own almost everyone on my nook!

Also another really intense and sexy book is beautiful bastard. Love that one too!

I read (probably way too much) a lot and could go on and on suggesting books, lol.
