NBR - GRR - why can't I change my signature??

I've placed new Lilypie URL codes in my signature twice now and nothing changes. Any idea what I can do to make it work?

On the bump toolbar -below the community tab - there is a silhouette (account options).  Click on that, click on preferences, click on signature settings.

I had the same problems last week.
