Last Update (Hopefully!)

I've posted before about our LO's cystic hygroma detected at our NT scan and all the testing / waiting over the past 10 weeks (chromosomes were normal, so there was suspected structural / genetic issues).  Well, today we had the last step in all of the testing, the final fetal echo and repeat anatomy scan...and we thankfully confirmed that LO's heart & skeleton are indeed 100% normal.  They also managed to find LO's right kidney in his pelvis, which they couldn't see last time.  Even though it's in the wrong spot, it looks like it is actually functioning (we'll know for sure after LO is born), and shouldn't have any long term negative effects.

I have a single umbilical artery (which we knew about from our previous scans), so I start regular growth scans in about 4 weeks, but based on where we were 10 weeks ago I had serious doubts I'd even be pregnant at this point - I'll take a strangely placed kidney and necessary growth scans over the doomsday scenarios we were given at 12 weeks any day!

Also, I've missed the board - I've been totally slammed at work, and anxious about this final test so not around as much...hopefully that will change :)

    Cycle#1-3 Clomid 50mg + TI= No response
    Cycle#4-5 Clomid 150mg + Metformin 1000mg + TI= BFN, but finally ovulation!!!
    Cycle #6 Clomid 150mg + Metformin 1500mg + IUI(4/15)= BFP!!! EDD 01/06/2014 <br>

    Stella Margaret arrived on December 21, 2013!

    Thanks ladies!  I finally started looking at shared nursery ideas last night - it's as though I held my breath for 10 weeks to get to that appointment, and I can finally breathe again!

    8 retrieved, 5 mature, 3 smaller no fertilization w/IVF. 3/5 fertilized w/ICSI. Day 5 Fresh transfer scheduled 3/26 or day3 on Saturday if any arrest.
