NSAIFR-help, I need a new computer

Ok, so I am done with my computer. It's a Dell from when ever Windows Vista was released. It's been having lots of issues and I think it's about to die :(

Anyway, what should I get? We were leaning towards a Mac. They seem to have less issues and although I haven't used one in years, I remember liking it. We only use it for Internet, email, pictures... Nothing fancy, no games or anything. I'm clueless, help me :)

IVF #3 July 2012 ET of 3 on day 3 7/24 BFP!
