PGAL weekly check in

Re: PGAL weekly check in

  • How are you feeling physically? Pretty great! barely any symptoms.
Emotionally?: completely drained, because my inlaws have been here for a week!! They are being super weird and not acknowledging this pregnancy, ignoring me, and being so obsessive about my son that I'm scared they will try to take him home with them!!

    Upcoming Appointments or Milestones:

I've had my first ultrasound and seen baby so I feel way better, plus I've passed my loss milestone! So feeling pretty good! Looking forward to my nt scan on sept 23rd to make sure baby is still tucked in nice and safe!

    - What is your favorite family tradition?

I love that my son is two and everything we do around the holidays is a new tradition! I also love visiting farms to mark the seasons; we go ape picking, berry picking, and to the pumpkin patch!

Tired, forgetful, and nauseated all day. I also never feel like eating anything.

Second Ultrasound next Wednesday and first midwife appointment next Thursday.

Family Tradition - I am so sad that we don't have one. I will def. have to do one with my own family!

How are you feeling physically? Emotionally?:  Physically I'm so tired.  I've been really crampy again today too.  Emotionally... I'm just blah.  Trying not to focus on the pregnancy and live day to day.

Upcoming Appointments or Milestones:  Well, I had a scan today and babies are still looking good.  The HBs were much lower than last time, but supposedly it is normal to flucuate.  I've also graduated from the RE.  Woohoo!  Next appointment is 9/10 where I'll be consulting with this super good MFM.  Then I need to find an OB.

GTKY -- What is your favorite family tradition?  My family was never really good with traditions.  My husband and I are trying to start some though.  Every year, we head to upstate NY and chop down our own Christmas tree.  We get a ridiculously large tree that never fits in the house and then have to chop the damn thing nearly in half.  LOL

Our baby boy,Logan, was born still at 19w3d on 7/1/2011
Our 2nd baby boy, Mason, was born still at 20w3d on 1/31/2012

After a much needed sanity break... we are praying for our rainbows

    ((BFP 7/29/13))  ((EDD 4/12/14))  It's BOY/GIRL twins!!!

  • Gestation in weeks/fruit: Um well I'm either at 10 weeks or 8 weeks and 3 days (ultrasound showed me early but who really knows!)

How are you feeling physically? Emotionally?: Tired, crabby, and hungry!!!! Oh and gassy  X_X

Upcoming Appointments or Milestones: I have an appointment on Thursday!!

GTKY -- What is your favorite family tradition? We always go to grandma's for Christmas and thanksgiving!

  • Update: My appoint went extremely well. 10 weeks to day and heard the baby's heart beat 138! :) Today is my anniversary so it made it all the more sweeter. Too bad my husband wasn't there, but he was super happy about the news. 1/4 through the pregnancy its a great feeling :)
