1. How many weeks? 27. wow third tri!

2. Any updates? A/S? Etc? Next week I begin bi weekly OB visits. I have an ultrasound at 30 weeks to check on baby boys spine. I also will meet with Neonatalogist and learn about what will happen after birth and NICU. 

3. How did you find success after IF? (ie what treatment did the trick?) I was unexplained except for my age (39). I think what helped me was I lost 15 pounds (goal was 30 but I got PG). I was on COQ10 and vitamin D. I was waiting to do IVF and we conceived on our own. 

4. How is your nursery prep coming? Any major purchases? Nursery painted. Wall decals up. 75% unpacked. I need to select glider cushions and set up crib. 

QTKY: Fall is my favorite season. whats your and why? I like Fall due to cool crisp weather, leaves change, Halloween.

2. Any updates? A/S? Etc? Just had a regular check-up last week and everything is going well. Next appointment will be on 9/19 for the A/S. CAN. NOT. WAIT!

3. How did you find success after IF? (ie what treatment did the trick?)  Took us almost 4 years with a CP and two failed iui's (one with our old OB and one with the RE) before we had success with the 3rd IUI on injects.

4. How is your nursery prep coming? Any major purchases? Walls are painted, new ceiling fan installed and new trim is up. Just have some touching up to do. Next up is ordering new carpet and then will start with the décor after the A/S.

Living in the Midwest I get to experience all 4 seasons, but have to say I'm ready for fall! It has been HOT here the last few weeks and I'm ready for open windows and crunchy leaves. I also love football season, soups and casseroles. In fact, just got all of my fall decorations out today, now just waiting on the weather to change

2. Any updates? A/S? Etc? It is getting so real and I could possibly have him THIS MONTH OR NEXT!!!! That is craaaazyville to me!

3. How did you find success after IF? (ie what treatment did the trick?)  IVF#2 

4. How is your nursery prep coming? Any major purchases?  Nursery is sooooo close to being done!  My goal was to have it done in August, but you know how life is!  Basically, I need to get DH to hang a few things and I just ordered a vinyl wall "art" that will be the last big purchase!  I still need a few little things here and there, but need to spreed my purchases out! I broke the bank last month finishing the nursery! 

QTKY: Fall is my favorite season. whats your and why? I used to say summer, but this HEAT is killing me.  Spring brings too many allergies, so I guess Fall!  Especially, this year b/c this boy is coming!! YIPPEE!

1. How many weeks? 11 weeks
2. Any updates? A/S? Etc? We have our first MFM appointment and NT scan this week. Excited and nervous to see the babies again and hope they're all doing well. I've been gaining weight like crazy and my bump is very noticeable, so we've had to tell any friends we have seen in person the last few weeks. We will probably fully announce after the NT scan, and finally tell DS.
3. How did you find success after IF? (ie what treatment did the trick?) 5th IUI, 3rd with injects (gonal-f)
4. How is your nursery prep coming? Any major purchases?  Nothing started, nothing purchased. We will likely be moving shortly after the babies are born, fun right?! I think we will be keeping things as simple as we can this time around.

QTKY: Fall is my favorite season. whats your and why? I also love fall. We haven't had a great summer in terms of weather but it's been hot this week and I hate it! Looking forward to cooler weather. Just not wanting to see snow for a LONG time yet!!

I am 20 weeks this week. I have an OB appointment tomorrow. I did have the anatomy scan and she is ok so far. She is 10 ounces. and measuring a bit ahead. I have a ultrasound at 24 weeks again. I did get carpel tunnel and nerve pain down my leg. I have to wear a brace at night on my hands and wrists. We did IVF in March and it failed due to me being overstimulated.Then we did FET and the drugs are a lot less and It worked for us. I am healthy and my husband has a minor issue. However it still took us 2 long years. With FET I did do all the old standards like eat pineapple core and stay in bed after transfer. 

We did get the crip, but it is not delivered yet. My dd is still using her. We decided on a theme and we get a lot of the decorations. It is coming along slowly. I am waiting to have an empty house to work on this more. DD starts preschool next week and my dh is getting a new job soon I hope. 

I love Summer, however here in MA is it hot and humid, so not a big fan. I love Fall too, so pretty and much cooler.

2. Any updates? A/S? Etc?  Regular appointment tomorrow with a cervix check.  As usual, fingers crossed for no additional dilation. 

3. How did you find success after IF? (ie what treatment did the trick?)  IVF #1

4. How is your nursery prep coming? Any major purchases? We've done nothing for the nursery. DH uses the room for storage, so he needs to clean it all out.  We plan on having the baby sleep in our room for a few months, so not in that big of a hurry.  I told DH his deadline for cleaning the room is December 1. We'll use DD's crib, so at least we have that.

QTKY: Fall is my favorite season. whats your and why?  Summer.  I love shorts and dresses and flip flops.  I don't like having to put on lots of clothes and coats and hats and stuff.

Can I join the 2IF weekly update?  Still a little in shock to be here!

1. How many weeks?  6 weeks, 5 days

2. Any updates? A/S? Etc?  We had our second ultrasound on Friday, and saw/heard a heartbeat, 118 bpm (one bean in there).  Of our losses, we never got to the point where we saw a heartbeat, so we are very hopeful this is a sticky bean!  My thyoid tested a little higher than the doctor wanted to see, so I started thyroid medication on Saturday.

3. How did you find success after IF? (ie what treatment did the trick?)  After 2 1/2 years trying, and 6 months of fertility treatments (Letrozole, IUIs), we decided to give up after the July cycle.  Based on my age and dismal outlook from the RE, we decided we were done.  So this was a complete surprise!

4. How is your nursery prep coming? Any major purchases?  We probably won't do anything until we are much farther along.  Partly procrastination, partly superstition.

QTKY: Fall is my favorite season. whats your and why?  Probably spring.  Winter really brings me down each year, and I love it when spring arrives and I can wear shorts and flipflops again!

1. How many weeks? 23 weeks

2. Any updates? A/S? Etc?  I had an appt with the OB today.  I had an u/s, but he didn't measure the babies since I am seeing the MFM tomorrow...so hopefully everyone is growing equally.  I'm a little peeved he didn't at least do a quick measurement to ease my mind, but whatever.  I really don't like my ob..is it too late to change?  I love my MFM and my OB said I didn't need to see them anymore after tomorrow since he would be doing all the ultrasounds.  I thought most multiple pregnancies continued to see the MFM throughout the whole pregnancy?  Anyway, he did measure my cervix (after me asking) and luckily it was a 4.8!  So yay!!  

3. How did you find success after IF? (ie what treatment did the trick?) Almost 2 yrs of trying, several IUIs, and a fresh IVF cycle that ended in a m/c I tried a FET and here we are!

4. How is your nursery prep coming? Any major purchases? Nothing.  Nada.  Zilch.  I told myself when I reached 24 wks that I would start prepping and I have been getting excited to reach that point this Friday.  However, I accidentally saw a horror story on FB (saw a friend of a friend's update...boo on FB for showing that crap) of someone that went into PTL at 26 wks and lost a twin.  So now I'm back to being scared again.    I should stay off FB for the next 3 months!!!

QTKY: Fall is my favorite season. whats your and why?  Fall.  I wish we had a "true" fall here in Texas, but I love the season.  I LOVE football, I love to wear boots and fall clothes (when it actually cools down), and I love gearing up for Thanksgiving/Christmas.

Repeat C-section is scheduled for November 25th!!!!!  now i'm starting to get a little nervous!!  Had a growth sono today and everything looks great, baby is 2lb 11oz and measuring in the 60th percentile.  

3. How did you find success after IF? (ie what treatment did the trick?)

We were planning on doing an injectable cycle and IUI in May but wound up getting pregnant on our own in March.  I really think it was because i wasn't really thinking about TTC that month! 

4. How is your nursery prep coming? Any major purchases? 

It's not! lol.  I'm waiting for my son to start pre-k next week so i have some free time to get things organized.

Fall Definitely! love the weather, apple picking, pumpkin picking, halloween, pumpkin spice latte's from starbucks and wearing my uggs!!!
