Stains=dirty??

Hi everyone!  My husband is disturbed by stains left on our prefolds and flats.  He insists that if there is a stain there that there is some type of poop residue causing it and therefor the diaper is still dirty.  He is acting all poopy pants about it and won't even watch me change her if I use a stained diaper.  LOL

So, answers ladies??  Are they still dirty??  Even a little dirty??  I can handle the truth!! 

I know I can sun them and I plan to.  It has just been really overcast here for the past week.

The stains still come out when it's cloudy. DH is the same way. He can't get over that the wash doesn't get them out. Then asks if we need to use more detergent. I just told him using more can cause issues, and they're clean. We currently have no stink issues. So once we move into our own place again next week, I'll sun them, he won't see the stains, and all will be good again.

If they smell clean, they're clean. Tell your DH to shake the sand out of his panties.

Think about food coloring on your hands - if you scrub them until they hurt, are they still dirty because they are stained?  Stain does not equal dirty.  He needs to chill.
