This Tuesday I am flying home to Oregon for six days. How would you all handle temping in this situation? Will the 3 hour time difference throw off my temps at all? TIA!
As long as you're getting the same amount of sleep, and waking around the same time you would at home, you should be fine. In the past when I've traveled, I just set an alarm, temp, then go back to bed.

Okay great, thanks! I kind of figured that might be the case but wasn't sure if my body would get all messed up because of the time change.
When I traveled from the easy coast to the west coast, my temps were all over the place! I still took it, but my chart is a mess from that month. Give it a go and I hope you have better luck than I did.
This question ended up being pointless! My thermometer broke the day after I arrived and I was unable to get to a store that carried them, of course :-L
